USC Union International Club Visits Charleston, SC

The USC Union International Club took a trip to Charleston, SC on Sunday April 28th to experience low-country life. The group took a scenic walk thru The Battery along the seawall, and viewed the beautiful colored houses along Rainbow Row.

They then visited the Charleston Museum, founded in 1773 and known as America’s first museum. Lastly, the group enjoyed a breezy walk on the beach on Sullivan’s Island and ate at Poe’s Tavern, named and themed for the famous writer, Edgar Allan Poe, who was stationed at Fort Moultrie on Sullivan’s.
