Kennedy Ferguson Crowned Royalty USA Teen 2025

Charleston, SC — Kennedy Ferguson of Union, South Carolina, was crowned Royalty USA Teen 2025 at the Royalty USA National Scholarship Pageant, held October 22–26 at the Charleston Convention Center in Charleston, South Carolina.

The week-long national competition brought together more than 100 contestants from across the United States, showcasing their talents, leadership, and service through interviews, runway presentations, and community involvement. Ferguson not only captured the national Teen title but also earned multiple distinctions, including Photogenic Winner, 1st Runner Up in Casual Wear, 1st Runner Up in Fitness, and titles in both the Royalty Wear and Top Model competitions.

In addition to her titles, Ferguson was awarded over $1,300 in scholarships, with the opportunity to earn additional scholarships and travel experiences throughout her reign.

As the newly crowned Royalty USA Teen, Ferguson will spend the next year promoting the national platform R.I.S.E. — Reach, Inspire, Serve, Empower, alongside her personal platform, Kennedy’s H.O.P.E. (Helping Other People Embrace), which focuses on supporting children’s hospitals and encouraging others to embrace their differences with confidence and compassion.

During the final on-stage question, Ferguson delivered a heartfelt answer that captured the essence of her reign and brought the audience to its feet.

“To me, RISE with Royalty means lifting others when they feel unseen and reminding every teen that our value is not defined by our struggles or stereotypes, but by the courage to rise above them,” Ferguson said. “As a Royalty USA queen, I will use my reign to share my story, create safe spaces for others to be heard, and show that kindness and confidence WILL change lives. My goal is that when people see my crown, they don’t see me — they see hope, strength, and proof that we can all rise with royalty together.”

Continuing her service efforts, Ferguson has recently collected stuffed animals and blankets for children receiving care at local hospitals and plans to expand her project in the coming months. Once she turns 18 in January, she hopes to begin volunteering regularly at the children’s hospital.

As part of her prize package, Ferguson will make appearances across the country during her reign, including trips to Jamaica, Orlando, New Orleans, and Isle of Palms, South Carolina, as well as serving as a visiting titleholder at various state pageants and public events. Her reign will continue until September 27, 2026.

A dual-enrolled senior at Union County High School and USC Union, Ferguson balances her academics with entrepreneurship as a third-generation photographer who runs her own photography business.
