USC Union Dominates Northeast Alabama Co with an 8-0 Victory

On September 21, 2025, USC Union delivered a commanding performance against Northeast Alabama Co, securing an emphatic 8-0 victory in their men’s soccer match. The game, held at USC Union, saw the home team completely outclass their opponents, with a relentless offensive display that left Northeast Alabama Co struggling throughout the match.

From the outset, USC Union established their dominance. Julian Fodisch opened the scoring in the 25th minute with an assist from Valerio Cuscina. Cuscina himself was a standout performer, contributing significantly with a hat-trick, scoring in the 34th, 40th, and 43rd minutes, aided by assists from Max Manzelmann and Joshua Macdonald. By halftime, USC Union had already built a formidable 4-0 lead.

The second half saw no respite for Northeast Alabama Co, as USC Union continued their offensive onslaught. Max Manzelmann (pictured) added to his earlier assist with a trio of goals, netting in the 52nd, 72nd, and 77th minutes, demonstrating his clinical finishing ability. Claudio Mirandola also got on the scoresheet in the 62nd minute with an unassisted goal, further extending the lead.



Despite Northeast Alabama Co’s attempts to mount a response, their efforts were thwarted by USC Union’s solid defense and effective goalkeeping. Jonathan Martinez, Northeast Alabama Co’s goalkeeper, faced a barrage of 21 shots on goal, managing to save 13 but ultimately conceding 8 times.

USC Union’s defense was equally effective, with goalkeepers Khairi Richardson and Alexander Garcia combining to keep a clean sheet, saving all 5 shots on target from Northeast Alabama Co.
